The Do Good United Ale is a true craft session beer in every sense. As a cream ale, this beer has a unique fizzy and smooth body that resembles a lager but the malt and honey bite of a classic East Coast Ale. When brought to the nose, the United Ale smells of fresh picked flowers that were mashed and put on top of buttered toast. With only one hop addition, the Do Good United Ale has enough of an edge to remind you of the fact your drinking premium craft ale but also subtle enough to have you ordering pint after pint as the night goes along.
Because of the subtle yet beautiful addition of pure blood orange, the Do Good United Ale is perfectly paired with many food styles and can be enjoyed in all seasons.
THE “DO GOOD MILK STREET STOUT”
Style: Milk Stout
Color: Dark Brown/Black
Special Additions: Lactose, Chocolate and Vanilla Bean
The Do Good Milk Street Stout is of course named after the street Benjamin Franklin grew up on. This is a milk stout with vanilla bean and chocolate added. In order to give this beer a smooth chocolate milk gulping sensation, we lowered the carbonation. The gives a the true tasty sensation of drinking a ice cold glass of alchoholic chocolate milk.
This beer goes fantastically well with all sorts of heart meals but is also a great way to end a meal and mix with your desert.
THE “BIRRA FORTE LIMONCELLO IPA”
Style: Lemon IPA
Hops: Cascade, Sarachi Ace and Saaz
Special Additions: Lemon Peel
The Birra Forte Limoncello IPA is the first release in the Italian Inspired Birra Forte brand. This IPA screams gourmet, quality and relaxation. It can be enjoyed with a wonderful plat of pasta, hearty steak or with some cheese on a hot day. The mesh of fresh lemon peel and quality fresh hops creates a bitter and fresh wonderland of enjoyment for your mouth.
THE DO GOOD KENZO SOUR
Style: Dark Sour Ale
Special Additions: Orange Peel and Coriander
The Kenzo Sour is a one of a kind “dark sour ale” that is made is the classic Belgian sour style with orange and coriander added but with the non classic addition of Honey. This produces a sour ale with the refreshing tartness your looking for but all with the smooth balance of honey trying to claw it’s way through.
THE DO GOOD BALSAMIC SAISON
Style: Blonde Saison (turned black by balsamic)
Special Additions: 25 Year Old Extravecchio Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
The Balsamic Saison is a super unique Saison made to be blonde but turned nearly black by the addition of over 3 gallons of amazingly delicious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. This is a refreshing, crip and of course tart saison that is sure to excite the senses of the curious ale drinkers out there.
