Last Saturday Benjamin and Thomas battled the snow and cold to brew up a batch of 12% Stout. Other then a small boil over, a pre-mature tasting and some snow flurries in the wort, the day went well. This punch in the mouth stout will be ready for tasting in about a month so stay tuned.
