Moved the breakfast stout over to the secondary today after 10 days of some ferocious bubbling. We are aiming for a final ABV of 12.5% but we might fall a little short. After some calculations before moving to the secondary we are right at about 9%. I don’t think it will climb more than another 1.5 % over the next 2-3 weeks but lets see. Maybe after the secondary and bottle conditioning we can hit 10.5% or maybe even 11%.
