Snow Stout

Last Saturday Benjamin and Thomas battled the snow and cold to brew up a batch of 12% Stout. Other then a small boil over, a pre-mature tasting and some snow flurries in the wort, the day went well. The meeting with the Chester Economic Development Authority went well. It is now all but guaranteed that Do Good Brewing Company will set it’s foundation in Chester. There are many secret things being dumped in this thing but as you can see, one of those things is some good old fashion Domino Dark Brown Sugar.
