Wine Corker In A Brewery?

Yes, you see correctly, that is a wine corker in our brewery. Why? I (Tom) was bottling the special batch of Loppolo di Machia that we brewed a few weeks ago. This rare and long anticipated beer includes 18 year old balsamic vinegar. Bottles will be uncorked in 10 days. Federal License Approved

While our federal license has been approved for a couple months now, the official paperwork just came in the mail so the excitement started back up again. Warehouse Warming Party

The party was an absolute success. Over 140 people swung  by to support the brewery and enjoy some great beer. The 13% “Sheridan Stout” and unique “Souless Ginger Saison” stole the show but everyone enjoyed all the beers on tap. We want to thank every one who stopped by and supported what Benajmin and I (Tom) are about to embark on and we look forward to selling beer in the Philadelphia […]

Do Good Goes To Italy

During a long business trip to Italy, I (Tom) found time to snoop in on the local craft beer seen in Italy. Here are a few […]

Beer For The Party Is Kegged

Last night, Benjamin and I (Tom) spent all night kegging the batches we brewed for the 4/20 event which included our APA, Cream Ale and Belgian Witte. After 5 hours of work and a few glasses our our Sour American, we still had the strength to put up the wall decal. I think that means we are now official. I look forward to seeing everyone at the event. Check it out at this link  https://www.facebook.com/events/137921649715773/
